Procedures and Statutory Declarations

The pick up of the race kits will take place according to the schedule below.

București @ DHL - AFI Lake View

Only kits (including competition numbers) for the Relay, 21k and 42k races will be available for pick-up. Kits for Kids Races can only be picked up from the Race Village, on Friday or Saturday.

Tuesday, 14th of June, 13:00 - 19:00;
Wednesday, 15th of June, 13:00 - 19:00.

Cheile Grădiștei Fundata (Race Village)

Race kits are available for pick up for all races.

Schedule:

Friday, 17th of June, 16:00-22:00 (Kids Races, Relay, 21k and 42k);
Saturday, 18th of June, 7:30-9:30 (only Relay, 21k and 42k) & 11:15-15:30 (Kids Races).

Procedure

Please bring with you the Statutory Declarations and a valid identification document so that you can pick up your competition number. The statements can be downloaded here:

> PARENT / Kids Races (download).

If you want to pick up the race kit for a friend / relative, the same documents are required: a copy of the friend's / relative's ID (will not be withheld) and the statutory declaration signed by the friend / relative.
